Hide Your Phone Number When Making Calls on Your iPhone

Your phone number is one of the many personal information that are being sold and bought over the Internet these days.

Many business establishments collect phone numbers that are displayed through the caller ID or are provided to them by their customers, and use them for promotions, trading, selling, and the like.

This is one of the reasons why some people do not want to display their phone numbers when making phone calls. Although, some just do not want their friends to know that they are the one calling them. But whatever reason you might have, if you want to hide your phone number when making phone calls on your iPhone, check out the simple steps below:

1. On the Home screen, tap Settings.

2. Scroll down the Settings menu, and then tap Phone.

3. Next, tap Show My Caller ID, and then tap the toggle to turn it off. When the toggle is set to off, your caller ID will be blocked and will not be shown once you make outgoing calls.
